A religious stage is determined by a persons social position and stage of life
Traditional Hindus are expected to go through these 4 stages in their life

- The time during the school years which is a time focused on knowledge and developing character.
- The middle years is a time focused on worldly pursuits and successes such as marriage
- The time a child reaches adulthood is an increased focus on religious life
- The last years of a persons life is a time when you can abandon the world for a life of contemplation

It is an Ancient Hindu system of medicine and healing.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga focused on awakening the kundalini which is the latent psychic energy that lies at the base of the spine, and making it rise to the top of the spine.
Namaste Greeting
It is a gesture completed by bringing together both palms of the hands before the heart, and lightly bowing the head. It is considered as a humble greeting.
Puja
It is a religious ritual which is perform every morning after getting dressed, but before eating or drinking. It is a way of relating humans to the Gods.
